WHO THIS HELPS

A clearer starting point, not another dashboard.

You may have sales reports, schedules and purchasing records, but still struggle to see how they connect. This review brings the available information together with a conversation about how your restaurant actually runs.

I work with you remotely to understand the routines behind the reports: who checks the numbers, how shifts are planned, how stock is controlled and what happens when the owner is away. The aim is a practical set of priorities, not a generic scorecard.

THE REVIEW IN PRACTICE

What we can work through.

The final scope is tailored to your restaurant and agreed before work begins.

01

Sales and management reporting

Review the reports you already use, the periods they cover and how the management team turns them into decisions. Identify information gaps before recommending new reporting.

02

Labour and scheduling

Compare schedules with your trading pattern and discuss opening, closing, handovers and role coverage. Review what is included in your labour figures rather than relying on a universal target.

03

Purchasing, inventory and waste

Walk through ordering, receiving, counts and waste records. Look at where responsibility is clear, where it overlaps and which checks are missing.

04

Daily management routines

Review the opening and closing checks, manager handovers and follow-up habits you describe. Prioritise routines your team can use during a normal working week.

BEFORE WE START

Know what to expect.

Scope, timing and fee agreed in writing. No payment or commitment through the website.

What to prepare

Recent sales and labour reports, current schedules, and any purchasing, inventory or waste records you keep. If something is not tracked, say so; the review can identify the gap and its implications.

Do not upload confidential financial documents, employee information or passwords through the enquiry form. We agree a secure way to share relevant records later.

What you receive

  • A written summary of the agreed review and available evidence.
  • A prioritised list of operational issues and information gaps.
  • A practical action plan, discussed in an online or phone findings meeting.

Scope and limitations

This is an advisory review, not an on-site inspection, financial assurance audit or compliance certification. Findings depend on the information you provide. The scope, deliverables, timing and fee are agreed in writing before work starts.

Recommendations are advisory. Decisions stay with you, and savings or profit outcomes are not guaranteed.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Before you enquire.

Can you review my restaurant without visiting?

Yes. Consultations take place online or by phone, using the reports and operating information you choose to share through an agreed secure method. Remote advice has limits: I cannot independently observe service or verify physical stock. Those limits are made clear in the scope.

Do I need perfect records before we start?

No. Begin by explaining what information you have. Missing records may affect the conclusions we can draw, and putting basic tracking in place may be the first recommendation.

What happens after the review?

You decide which recommendations to implement. If you want support, we can discuss a separately agreed 30-Day Profit Improvement Project or Monthly Operations Advisory. No ongoing engagement is required.
